"This place rules. One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood and never had a bad meal here. The staff is wonderful as well :)."
"So unique so good. Maher is so talented as a chef! Incredible lamb!! Can’t wait to go back!"
"My wife and I absolutely loved every single dish we had. We tried the crunchy sujuk tacos, the bendera dip which consisted of the muhammara (red bell pepper dip mixed with nuts), labne (lebanese yogurt) and guacomole hummus, kaftaquitos, and the makanek batata (lebanese sausage with potatoes, in pomegranate sauce). For desert, we had a milk pudding called mhalabiyeh which is topped with pistachios. This was such an unexpected combination of cuisines that blend so well together. You can really tell that the chef put so much thought and love into every dish. The flavors were amazing to say the least and the service was outstanding. We definitely plan on coming back!"
"Absolutely obsessed with El Cedro. The food:
Incredible! My guests and I had the watermelon salad, which was fresh, delicious and a little spicy. The samke harrah Was absolutely delicious with crispy fish and a delicious pine nut “ Sauce.” The tacos are a delicious mix of flavors and textures. Maher, the chef, Is talented and super friendly and welcoming. The wait staff are so amazing and friendly. This is my regular spot and I’m so happy that they are in the neighborhood."
"This newly opened Lebanese taqueria is delightful. It combines two of my favorite cuisines. I had a watermelon salad and my friend had fish tacos. Soon they will add pastries. Get there early because it is usually packed."
"Hard to find good Lebanese and Mexican food in nyc but this place does both flawlessly! Best meal I’ve had in a long time."
